I do most of the lines (paths) in photoshop. If the shapes I create are complex I usually do that line work in illustrator given the larger amount of options as opposed to what vector you can do in PS. Thanks again for the comments. I really enjoyed your Moon Piece. Such a great design!!!
Yehp. Same thing here. I do love the convenience of having a means of creating vector paths without having to switch programs, but as I mentioned before, there are unfortunate restrictions on manipulating the paths on PS. So the 2 go hand in hand as far as Im concerned.
Thank you for thinking that. But, it's cool, there were some really great pieces that made it and the winners were all very worthy of their spots. Hopefully next time around. And hopefully you're judging. Thanks again!!!
Wow!! Surprised you noticed!! There's a lot of little details in this thing, most of which probably won't be seen. Matter of fact, on most old grandfather clocks, there is a signature script font of the clock manufacturers. So for mine, it actually says "Old Timer Clock Company". I might upload a larger resolution piece so the intricate details can be seen. Thank you tough, and good luck to you as well.
This is probably my favorite of the semis. Basically, looking at this reminds me of some of the experience that comes with being a student: the alarms, the hustle, the lack of sleep. It brings me back to the days when I would be riding transit during the early hours and seeing other students with there laptops rushing to finish assignments before arriving at school. Their eyes would literally look like an owl's, wide open and fixated on the screen.
Man, you kinda dove right into that didn't you? I like your thought process, you may be onto something here. Nonetheless, thank you for your generous opinion and glad you like this. Hopefully it'll make it!!!
